Pay Your HOA Dues Online

Essex strives to make paying your association dues as painless as possible.

We offer a variety of ways for you to submit your payment. You can utilize one of the two online payment providers: ATG Pay or CIT Property Pay who offer payments by credit/debit card or e-check. You can also make a payment over the phone with PayLease.

Scheduling payments on our third-party collection site is not equivalent to having an approved payment plan with your community. Payment plans can be requested on the homeowner dashboard.

ATG Pay is our newest and fastest way to submit a payment online and view your account history! Gone are the days of separate logins! Please register a new account with ATG Pay as any old accounts with U-Manage will be deactivated.

Online payments through ATG Pay will post to your account the same day they are submitted. You will have the ability to view your payment history, store bank account and/or card information for faster service, and schedule recurring payments if your association does not bill annually. Make a Payment Online or Over the Phone

CIT Property Pay offers online payments by credit/debit card or e-check. You can make a one-time payment or create a schedule of payments if your homeowners association does not bill annually. Payments submitted through CIT will typically post to your homeowner account in 1-3 business days. Click here to make a payment online
