Tree Trimming

Published: July 16, 2025

As part of our commitment to a safe, attractive community, we ask all residents to review and complete the tree trimming guidelines below. Regular maintenance ensures not only curb appeal but also safety and harmony for everyone.

Why It Matters

• Safety First
Overhanging or low branches can obstruct sidewalks, streets, stop signs and in storms, pose falling hazards.
• Healthy Trees = Beautiful Community
Proper pruning removes dead limbs, boosts tree health, and enhances visual appeal.
• Compliance with HOA Rules
Our CC&Rs require maintaining a “clean and attractive” landscape. Consistent upkeep preserves property values and prevents penalties.

What We Ask of You

• Trim tree canopies to at least 7 feet above sidewalks and clear view of street signs.
• Prune branches encroaching onto neighboring property, sidewalks, streets, or utility lines.
• Remove dead or diseased limbs to promote tree vitality.

Timeline & Inspections

• Please complete trimming by [Due Date: August 3rd, 2025]
• The HOA will conduct routine inspections in early August.
• Non-compliance may result in reminders or violation notices, per our enforcement policy.

By keeping up with tree trimming, we:

• Improve safety & visibility throughout the neighborhood
• Protect our shared property values and cohesive aesthetic
• Prevent damage or hazards from fallen or overgrown branches

Thank you for your proactive response and dedication to our community’s well-being. Your efforts make all the difference!

For any questions, please contact us via the “Contact Us” tab on the Association’s website.
