Paxton Pool Access Communication

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to improve the safety and security of our community amenities.

Due to recent vandalism, a new mobile pool access system has been installed. This new system will help us better monitor and manage access to the pool area, ensuring a safer environment for all residents.

To give everyone ample time to register, the pool will officially open on Friday, May 23, 2025. Please follow the steps below to register for mobile access prior to this date.

IMPORTANT!!!

This is only valid for ONE REGISTRATION PER USER and Cannot be used on multiple devices. For additional users, you must submit a new request form with the additional user’s information.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Submit the Pool Access Request Form

• After submission, you will receive an email from Paxton Support@paxton10portal.com.
• Important: This email is time-sensitive and will expire in 24 hours. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

2. Download the “Paxton Key” App
• Available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Look for the app named "Paxton Key".

3. Complete Registration
• Open the email from Paxton and follow the instructions in Step 2 of the message.
• Tap “Register” in the email to automatically populate your code in the app.
• If the code does not auto-fill, you may manually enter or copy and paste the registration code from the email into the app.
